By accessing or placing an order on airofdestiny.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Products

All attars sold on this site are alcohol-free fragrance oils. Product images are for illustration; actual bottle design or packaging may vary slightly. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and descriptions accurately.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Razorpay.

4. Shipping

We currently ship only within India. Standard shipping is ₹50 and free on orders above ₹999. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets). We do not store your payment credentials on our servers.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations, damaged items, and refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Air of Destiny name, logo, product photography, and text — is the property of Air of Destiny and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Air of Destiny is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
